My recommendation are Neem one capsule three times per day, curcumin one capsule three times per day and RUVED Face Pack dissolve one teaspoon in one table spoon in water and then apply on the face. Avoid foods which are oily, deep fried, favor less meat, add more vegetables, fruits in diet and fish. Adding Probiotic 100 B with every meal helps digestion.
I also recommend checking for food allergies through blood tests.
